Hangzhou Xingfa Spring Co., Ltd. is located in Fuyang city, 30 kilometer away from Hangzhou city. Xingfa is a private-owned enterprise and one of the largest spring manufacturers in China with 20 years experience. Now the company has 380 employees totally, 20% of whom are responsible for management and technology. The company's assets are over USD 12,195,100, including 180 sets of equipment for production and testing. It ranks in the top 100 private-owned high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province. 







In 1999, the company introduced several international advanced spring manufacturing and testing equipment. We can totally produce more than 2500 types of spring products, including sports equipment springs, motorcycle shock absorber springs (shock absorber), brake valve springs, clutch springs, valve springs for cars, outsize springs (?? 15-100mm), hanging springs used in elevators, electric power machines, and machines in the railway, engineering, mining, construction fields (manufacturing capability of 3,000MT every year.), and all kinds of peculiar and precise springs for electrical equipments. 







In March 2002, Xingfa invested totally USD 9,756,000 to a new company named Hangzhou Fuchun Magnesium Parts Co., Ltd. After introducing magnesium alloy die-casting machines from France and Germany, we started to make steering wheel armatures, front forks of bicycles, shells of electric tools, valve parts and some other high-quality die-casting products. The factory occupies 30,000 square meters (18,000 square meters for construction). In 2004, the production capacity of magnesium die-casting parts will reach 2,000,000 pieces. 







In July 2002, Xingfa set up a JV named Hangzhou Fuchun Spring Co., Ltd. mainly engaged in producing hanging springs, brake valve springs (2,000,000 pieces/year) and clutch springs (80,000,000 pieces/year) for cars.
